Terms & Conditions - Token Purchases
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tokens.
Digital Goods: Tokens are digital items for use exclusively on the MinecraftOffline Minecraft server.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username. We validate the username and associated UUID via the server before purchase to ensure the account exists and is online.
Delivery: Tokens are delivered electronically to the validated Minecraft account (identified by UUID) via server commands immediately following successful payment confirmation.
All Sales Final: Due to the automated delivery of digital goods, all token purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens have been successfully delivered to the specified account UUID.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for tokens that have been successfully delivered to the validated account UUID is a violation of these terms.
Issues: If you encounter any issues with your purchase or token delivery, please contact server administration directly through Discord before disputing the charge.
